In line with URA regulations, all stays are a minimum of 3 months. We do not offer short-term or daily rentals.
How many people stay in each unit?
We follow the URA occupancy cap. Currently, up to 8 unrelated occupants are allowed in larger units (≥90sqm) under the temporary URA relaxation until 31 Dec 2026.
Are your partitions legal?
Yes. We only build non-structural partitions that do not damage floors, walls, or the building structure — always in line with MCST rules and URA guidelines.

We manage all day-to-day maintenance, cleaning, and tenant support, so landlords don’t have to worry. Tenants also have access to fast-response support.
What’s the process to rent a room?
It’s simple and smooth. First, you can schedule a viewing — either in person or virtually. If you like the space, we’ll ask for your details and run a quick screening to ensure a good fit. Once approved, you’ll sign the agreement, pay the deposit, and you’re ready to move in. Most tenants can complete the whole process and move in within just a few days.
